Venue Space Overview

Featuring 87,742 square-feet of flexible event space and accommodating up to 8,000 guests, The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory combines modern elegance, both classic and cutting edge. It features three flexible venue capacities, including an intimate setting, indoor theater and an open-air boutique amphitheater. In addition, an intimate Toyota VIP Lounge, second-level breakout space and spacious East & West Plazas, making this venue is the perfect atmosphere that celebrates extraordinary hospitality and service.

Theater

The flexible 4,000 capacity theater is ideal for soirées of every description that features state-of-the-art lighting and sound system and large bars that are sure to wow every guest. Take your event center stage on the elaborate stage providing an additional 3,527 square-feet of event space or utilize the lower seating bowl featuring 1,938 removable seats, repurposing it to a 12,896 square-foot open floor plan, perfect for a private dinner, award ceremony or business meeting.

Amphitheater

This spectacular space features seven automated doors open the back wall of the theater exposing the grass lawn, converting the space from a 4,000 capacity setting to an 8,000 capacity boutique open-air amphitheater. The additional 38,000 square feet make this location perfect for a pre or post-event under the starry sky.

East Plazas & Lobby

The East Plazas and Lobby offers a flexible event space. With easy flow to the Theater, this space is an excellent location for receptions, cocktail parties and any extension to a theater event.

West Plazas

The West Plazas is a gorgeous space for soirées of every description and offers flexible event space. With easy flow to the Theater and large bar, this space is ideal for business meetings, presentations, private concerts or weddings.

Toyota VIP Lounge

The exclusive Toyota VIP Lounge creates the ultimate VIP experience for your guests. Perfect for intimate gatherings or private dinners, this space is accessible by a private entrance with options for valet parking or via the East Plaza/Lobby. This dual entrance option allows clients to either use the space exclusively or for a full venue buy-out. This sophisticated setting features a grand center bar and flexible lounge seating.

Level Two – Additional Event Space

The backstage Level Two offers over 4,000 square-feet of additional event space. Get the ultimate rock ‘n roll experience by dining in the large Catering Room equipped with its own kitchen or host your company VIP in the Headline Artist Lounge. There are eight dressing room suites ideal for breakout meetings during a general session or corporate event.
