One of the last remaining venues in the round with a rotating state, Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair first opened in 1956 as the Westbury Music Fair to host Broadway-style shows 35 miles from midtown Manhattan. Since then its stage has seen some of the most recognizable names in entertainment including Frank Sinatra, Diana Ross, The Who, Bruce Springsteen, Aretha Franklin, George Carlin, Dave Chappelle, Garth Brooks, Britney Spears, and many, many more! Beyond the theatre itself which holds 2,800 in its full capacity but can easily be scaled down to 1,900, the building also includes the newly renovated VIP Club at Lounge 960, spacious main lobby, and Patio and Deck areas. The venue is easily accessible by major roadways with onsite parking for approximately 1,000 vehicles.

While the club is newly renovated, Westbury's history lines its walls with historic photos of the building and the many acts who have graced the stage. This room has a full-length bar, coat check, sound system, and atmosphere lighting.

It features four bars, a coat check, merchandise booth, and the doors to our Patio and Deck. The backdrop for our recently upgraded bars are photos of the original concession stands found at the theatre in the 1960s.
View Venue CapacitiesOne of the more recent additions to our facility, the Deck and Patio are located off the main lobby and can be accessed through gates in the parking lot. The deck's cantina lights give a soft glow to the bar and bench areas. Just off the deck is our paved patio with café tables and cozy landscaping.

The theatre is divided into two sections – the orchestra level and two small mezzanine areas. The theatre was recently outfitted with a new state-of-the-art sound system. The theatre also features an infrared-assisted listening system.
