Venue Space Overview

With access to the world’s greatest musical entertainment, full-service event production, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, custom menus and mixology, this unique 31,908 square-foot venue will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning guest. Celebrate your brand in style as guests arrive greeted with your name in lights on the entrance marquee. Host an event in the multi-level Music Hall, the Art Deco Lobby or in the intimate and stylish The Vanguard room and make it an event to remember!

Lobby

This Art Deco space features a large chandelier, two customizable digital TV screens and a large Marilyn Monroe wall decal. The large lobby bar is ideal for registration, cocktail service, branded item display or a welcome cocktail!

Music Hall

This flexible 18,110 square-foot space is the perfect blend of rock and elegance, both classic and cutting edge. Two main bars, as well as optional satellite bars, keep a variety of local craft beers and cocktails flowing. Columns flanking either side of the Music Hall can be branded any color to help showcase your event.

Music Hall Second Floor

The Music Hall’s 6,385 square-foot multi-tiered mezzanine features 540 fixed seats offering perfect vantage points of the stage. Behind the mezzanine, a large lobby with a full size bar doubles as an additional private event space for guests to mingle before and after a corporate presentation, speaker tour or private concert.

The Vanguard Room

Give your guests the ultimate VIP experience in The Vanguard room, an intimate 75 capacity space adorned with modern décor that pays homage to artists such as Lady Gaga and The Doors. Its small, intimate patio overlooking Fulton Street can be enjoyed on warm summer nights and during daytime gatherings.
